During the sale period prices are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed throughout the sale period. All prices are considered final at time of sale and discounts or refunds cannot be applied to historical sales.

DION LEE OUTLET SALE / ONLINE ARCHIVE SALE T&Cs

The Dion Lee Online Archive Sale starts 5pm, Tuesday 11 June 2024 AEST for a limited time only.

All items included in online archive sale are strictly FINAL SALE, there will be no returns, refunds, exchanges or credit note accepted for any item at any of our boutiques, or online store.

Prices reflect the condition of archive sale items and allow for reasonable flaws. The heavily discounted prices listed in Online Archive Sale are valid for the promotional period, online only. Dion Lee will not honour the price outside of this time.

Shipping is available to Australia only and charged at a flat rate for all Online Archive Sale orders, no shipping discounts apply. Due to a high volume of orders, please expect delays in order processing.

This promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Dion Lee vouchers are not redeemable for archive.dionlee.com. While stocks last.

A flat rate, 40 USD shipping fee applies to all Dion Lee Outlet / Online Archive Sale purchases. Items are shipped DHL express, Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) with Import Duties & Taxes charged at checkout. There will be no additional costs to the customer after the checkout process.

Please note: order processing delays are expected due to a high volume of orders.

A flat rate, 15 AUD shipping fee applies to all Dion Lee Outlet / Online Archive Sale. Items are shipped Startrack Premium.

Dion Lee Gift Vouchers/Credit Notes/DL : KEY VOUCHERS

Dion Lee gift vouchers, credit notes and DL : Key Loyalty Vouchers are not redeemable on any Dion Lee Outlet / Online Archive Sale orders listed at archive.dionlee.com.

Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

Once you have submitted an order, you may not cancel that order.

Will I be charged duties and taxes?

All orders (excluding Australia) will incur duties and taxes, charged at checkout.

These charges are based on the product selection, order value and destination country.  

Orders are shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) and there will be no additional charges incurred by the customer. 

WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?

You will be billed by Dion Lee when you have finalised payment in the checkout process.

ID Checks

Dion Lee conducts ID verification checks on online orders at random. If your order is selected, our team will be in contact to request further information, which may include photo identification. Please rest assured, these processes are in place for your own security.

What currency will I be charged in?

All prices shown throughout the Dion Lee Online site are in your local currency depending on your preferred delivery address. To change your preferences, click the geolocation icon/tool at the top right of the page.

What Payment methods do you offer online?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, Delta, and Maestro credit and debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Paypal and Afterpay (Australian customers only). The charges for any transactions made on this site are only debited from your card once the Checkout process is complete.

Australian Shipping Time Frame?

Current order volumes are causing shipment delays of up to 5 business days.

We dispatch all domestic orders with StarTrack Express, once sent please allow 1-2 business days for Australian metropolitan areas or 2-4 business days for regional areas to receive your order. 

I haven't received all items from my order?

Dion Lee operates from multiple dispatch locations. To fulfil all items in your order efficiently, items may be sent directly to your delivery address from different locations depending on available inventory.

When will my order be dispatched?


Whilst we make every effort to ship your order as quickly as outlined above, delays are expected with Online Archive Sale of approximately one week.

How much does shipping cost?

All Dion Lee Outlet / Online Archive Sale orders are shipped with flat rate shipping.

For Australia, a 15 AUD flat rate is charged. 

For all international orders, a 40 USD flat rate is charged.

From where do you ship online orders?

All online orders are fulfilled and dispatched from locations within Australia.

Returns

Returns policy

All purchases made from our Dion Lee Outlet / Online Archive Sale are final sale, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
